CLASS POLICY – STORE POLICIES
Class Registration – It is necessary to pre-register for ALL classes, including new machine/software classes. Payment, where applicable, must be made in full to assure your place in class. We need this commitment from you in order for our classes to run as smooth as possible and so that our teachers can properly prepare for class. All students should receive a supply list. Please sign up for classes at least 2 weeks in advance. Registration can be done by phone, in person, by mail or e-mail.

Class Refund – We must make our commitment to teachers one week prior to the start of their class. Therefore, refunds are available when the cancellation is made at least ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS. Please do not ask for any exceptions. No refund or credit can be given once the class has begun. In the event a class must be cancelled, individuals will be contacted and given a full refund.
Lunches – Please bring your brown bag lunches for classes. Refrigerator available for your use.

Bad Weather Policy – We think the easiest way to decide on weather conditions is to go with the Baltimore County (Towson) or Howard County (Ellicott City) school system. If schools are closed, all classes are cancelled and depending on conditions, the stores could be closed or opening late. If schools are opening late, all morning classes are cancelled. Please contact store to determine if later classes will be affected. If there is any question, please contact the store.

Learn how to use problem threads, shifty fabrics, and unusual notions to your advantage. Techniques covered: working with sheer fabrics, bobbin drawing, spray adhesives and couching.
