Machine Repair

We do not make appointments.  It is on a first come, first served basis.  We try to keep our backlog at 2 weeks, but from time to time it is necessary to extend that time.

What to bring with your machine:

1. Machine
2. Foot Control
3. Power Cord
4. Bobbin case
5. Bobbin
6. 5mm or 9mm Stitch plate, DO NOT BRING STRAIGHT STITCH PLATE please
7. PRESSER FEET:
   1. #1, #1C, #1D (whichever applies)
   2. BSR (if applicable)
   3. #3A Buttonhole Foot

If you are experiencing a specific problem, it is helpful if you bring in samples.
Do not bring any other accessories, we are only responsible for the items we have listed on this page.
